# Troubleshoot token lookup

Warhorn identifies a token using its Solana contract address.

If Warhorn cannot load the token:

1. Copy the contract address again from a source you trust.
2. Remove spaces or other text before and after the address.
3. Confirm that it is a Solana token address.
4. Check your internet connection.
5. Try again after a short wait.

Token names and symbols are not unique. Always verify the contract address and the token details shown by Warhorn before creating an alarm.

Some tokens or liquidity sources may be unsupported or temporarily unavailable. Contact support with the contract address if a valid Solana token continues to fail.
